Job Description
is hiring for a Data Integration Specialist to support our Operations team in La Vergne, TN.  The Data Integration Specialist confirms the accuracy of the electronic data interchange relationship between customers (publisher, wholesaler, and retailers) and manufacturing for drop ship, offset printer, global connect and distribution for LSI’s US and UK Operations.  Additionally, they will solve problems, discrepancies and questions from publishers, wholesalers, retailers, carriers and internal departments; while implementing, maintaining and analyzing logistics systems. They will manage orders held in various systems to process the release in a timely manner, and work with operations to troubleshoot issues and enhance workflow.

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
3 years’ experience in customer service
2 years’ experience reconciling invoices required
2 years’ experience working with warehouse operations systems and equipment required.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with EDI within a manufacturing or distribution environment
Experienced with XML, Oracle, and Microsoft Excel
Able to problem solve, take initiative, and demonstrate strong communication and collaboration
Essential Duties:
Reports interface errors and mapping error for all x.12 EDI, ASCII, XML, XLS ordering tool and EDIFACT profiles including purchase orders, functional acknowledgments, purchase order acknowledgments, advanced shipping notices, and invoices.
Provides Proof of Delivery requests for internal and external customers.
Reconciles freight invoices from Customer, Vendors and Carriers. 
Manually ship confirms all Offset orders and manually entered orders.
Researches shipping discrepancies by reviewing the customers EDI files, LSI Order Oracle and DMS systems.
Analyzes carriers’ invoices to maintain LSI freight cost including working with the Customer, CSR, Vendor or Carriers on billing errors, discount, and freight terms
Conducts regular loop tests of electronic interfaces to assure that existing mapping remains accurate.
Assists with troubleshooting and problem resolution
Looks for process improvements and streamlining
Assists with testing and rollouts of system enhancements/releases. 
Clears orders in DMS and Oracle systems
Route and monitor orders
Work with IT and Operation regarding orders that need to be hand-held
Performs mandatory work on the floor
