Marketing Assistant

Job Description
The Marketing Assistant will implement the company’s marketing strategies by designing, coordinating and executing activities and projects for marketing products and services.
Design communication pieces for external and internal use
Collaborate on ideas for marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the company’s brand and market share
Conduct and fulfill on lead generation initiatives, formatting content and graphics
Develop and implements database marketing campaigns (Email, Social, etc)
Develop lead lists for all relevant campaigns, ensuring timely delivery to sales and follow up to determine campaigns’ success
Administer frequent web page updates and SEO data to maximize search positioning and web presence
Designs and implements e-promotions including social media postings and campaigns, e-mail campaigns, internet landing pages and other electronic marketing resources
Works with various departments as they pertain to particular projects and sets expectations for project delivery by assisting in helping develop video productions across various departments to execute a clear and consistent message throughout the company
Supports Sales by scheduling tradeshows and event planning, ordering booth space, utilities and equipment
Supports sales presentations by crafting videos, slide shows, demonstration and product capability booklets; compiling account and competitor analyses
