Customer Success Associate

Are you a confident, Degree educated individual who is looking for an exciting permanent hybrid role that offers the chance to travel the UK and Europe? Do you enjoy teaching / training others? If the answer is yes, then this could be the role for you!

As Customer Success Associate you will need a confident and proactive approach, excellent communication skills, knowledge of MS Office and the willingness to travel abroad when needed. If you can also speak French or German, this is a distinct advantage!

This varied and interesting customer focussed role involves:-

* Producing training materials for training sessions.

* Assisting in the co-ordination of complex diary schedules, travel itineraries and expenses.

* Updating monthly training reports for the management team.

* Becoming the main point of contact for clients to answer any technical support queries.

* Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with key clients.

* Assisting with the organisation and administration of client accounts.

* Assisting with creating and checking of proposals.

* Updating the sales systems and spreadsheets.

* Liaising with other departments to ensure clients are receiving the services required.

* Acting as the “customers voice” to feedback customer queries internally.

* Providing a proactive approach to enhance the user's experience.

* Assisting colleagues where needed.

* Providing basic, intermediate and advanced training courses (once trained) to clients and colleagues both in groups face to face or online.

Essential requirements for the role:-

* Educated to at least A’ Level standard (Degree educated preferred)

* Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint

* Knowledge of a foreign European language is beneficial, ideally French or German

* A valid passport and full UK driving licence (Due to the travelling involved with this role)

* Confident and strong communication skills both written and oral

* Methodical with the ability to work to deadlines whilst taking pride in your work

* Enjoyment of teaching others and ability to explain difficult concepts in simple terms

* Flexible approach to working hours

* Enjoys working with data and has strong analytical and problem-solving skills

In return for your hard work, our client is offering a salary of £22,000-£24,000pa, discretionary annual bonus, opportunity to travel the UK and Europe, pension scheme, on-site car parking facilities and 23 days holiday.

The working hours for this role are 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
