Our client, a market leader, is seeking a proficient
Refrigeration Engineer

to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing refrigeration systems, cold storage units, pipework modification, and skills in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage tasks independently and collaborate effectively with the maintenance team to prioritize tasks and uphold product quality.

What We Look For:

Industry Recognized Qualifications: FGas certification is essential.

Electrical Proficiency: Candidates should have an electrical bias or competence.

Diverse Equipment Experience: Familiarity with a wide range of refrigeration equipment is required.

Relationship Building: A proven track record of establishing strong working relationships.

Driving License: A valid driving license is mandatory.

Quality Focus and Detail Oriented: A commitment to maintaining high standards and meticulous attention to detail.

Forklift License: While not mandatory, possession of an FLT license is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Servicing: Conduct regular service checks on refrigeration equipment.

Maintenance: Ensure ongoing maintenance of all refrigeration systems.

Repairs: Address and repair any issues with refrigeration equipment.

Fault Diagnosis: Efficiently identify faults in both electrical and gas systems.

Compensation:
Salary: £40,000.00 - £43,000.00 per year, dependent on experience.

Work Schedule:
Shifts: Day shift.
Weekly Hours: Monday to Friday – 46 hours.
