They are looking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive (Fluent in Swedish) to join their team based in Marbella in Spain. If you speak fluent Swedish, enjoy engaging with people and have experience with CRM systems similar to Hubspot, you could be the ideal candidate.
Main tasks:
Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential customers.
Engage with leads and prospects in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain and update the CRM system (Hubspot) with accurate and detailed information.
Identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions and services
Achieve weekly and monthly goals for calls and conversions.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimise lead generation and follow-up processes.Requirements:
Fluent Swedish is a must.
Excellent verbal communication skills; confident and comfortable talking to people on the phone.
Experience of working with CRM systems such as Hubspot or similar.
High social skills and ability to build relationships with customers.
Self-motivated, goal-driven and able to work independently.
