Astute's Renewables team is exclusively partnering with a major player in the Anaerobic Digestion sector to recruit a Contract Plant Manager / Site Manager on a 3 month contract for its Northern Ireland site. There is every chance this contract could be longer.
The Plant Manager / Site Manager role comes with an excellent day rate and all expenses covered, including flights and accommodation.
Key skills
Managing a food waste AD plant on a day to day basis
Managing the shift teams who work a 24/7 shift pattern
Handling all compliance and legislative issues on site
Taking a handover from the exiting Plant Manager and maintaining optimal plant operations until the appointment of a permanent Site Manager
Maintaining engagement with the staff, looking for continuous improvement opportunities where you can
Location, remuneration and timeframe of the Plant Manager role

Day rate is negotiable but highly competitive
Flights and accommodation covered
Flights to and from England every other weekend can be included to be back with family if required
