The applied mycology expansion areas available to apply for are:
* mycomaterials
* fungal-based bioenergy
* sustainable manufacturing
* indoor environment and green construction
* environmental mycoremediation
About You
Talented researchers and academics, who are enthusiastic about research in any of the above-mentioned specialist areas, have a PhD relevant to one of these areas, want to make a difference with your industry partners, and are keen to be part of a dynamic and professional team, are invited to apply.
You will have extensive experience of leading a research group conducting high impact, national excellent research related to the relevant expansion research area in Applied Mycology
Demonstrate a promising track-record of achievements, including generating income, appropriate to your research area and career stage including significant publications (as main author) in the leading international peer-reviewed journals of your respective field. You will be expected to develop and build long term relationships with industry, science programmes and professional bodies.
