Programme Manager - VP Level - ALM Transformation Programme
Inside IR35 up to £740 per day
Hybrid (3 days on site per week in London)
Financial/Banking Experience preferred
Are you a dynamic and experienced Programme Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a transformative ALM (Asset & Liability Management) programme? We are seeking a V/P Level Programme Manager to oversee a high-impact ALM Transformation Programme, driving multiple critical workstreams to success.
Key Responsibilities:
Programme Oversight: Lead and manage a comprehensive programme encompassing Models, Risk Reduction Plan (Controls Remediation), New Business requests for IRRBB (Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book), Technical Debt (software upgrades and migrations), and Business Maintenance (minor works and Agile-based fixes).
Stakeholder Management: Conduct weekly leadership updates for senior stakeholders in both First Line and Second Line, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Collaboration: Work closely with technology partners, business partners, QA teams, and external teams interfacing within Risk, Finance, and Treasury.
Governance & Oversight: Ensure timely and accurate governance and oversight of all milestones, RAIDS, and governance materials.
Compliance: Support Monthly Governance Forums to meet governance requirements.
Resource & Delivery Planning: Aid in ongoing resource management and delivery planning to ensure successful programme execution.Qualifications:
Proven experience in programme management, particularly within ALM or similar financial services contexts.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership qualities with the capability to manage diverse teams and complex projects.
