Working with our client we are recruiting for a Commercial Sales Manager with relatable knowledge in products designed specifically for the construction industry. The successful candidate will have previous experience with manufacturing products specifically for the construction industry, be able to read and understand technical drawings, with knowledge of tender processes and can engage with all stakeholders within large construction projects.

With a result driven aptitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure our client is looking for someone who is also able to take ownership of tasks with a practical mindset and enjoys working as part of a wider team. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new non-residential opportunities
Convert leads into an order at the required margins
Engage with architects, designers, specifiers and contractors to generate and convert quotations
Account management of Teir 1 Contractors
Attend any required or pre site meetings
Liaise with the company estimating department on building design opportunities
Carry out as required all sales and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) presentations
Support visits from clients and authorities on company and client sites as required
