This is a full time position working Monday to Friday paying an annual salary of £35k plus annual profit related bonus and a selection of benefits mentioned at the bottom of this advert.

As Practical Manager your key responsibilities will be to:
* Take the lead in planning and executing practical courses, ensuring top-notch equipment arrangements and delivering outstanding delegate experiences.
* Inspire and guide a team of Course Coordinators, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
* Actively engage with delegates and promote course registrations, contributing to the continuous professional development of veterinary professionals.
* Build and maintain relationships with speakers, delegates, and sponsors to ensure seamless course delivery Maintain a safe and efficient working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures to uphold educational standards.

* Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus.
* Ability to manage issues and liaise effectively with stakeholders.
* Experience in team management and building strong relationships.
* Proficient in delegation and handling employee relations.
* Commercially aware with good organisational skills.
* Proficient in IT, multitasking, and deadline-oriented.
* Highly personable with a desire to understand the company's business.
* Veterinary experience for this role is not essential but you must have a passion for animals.
