My client is highly motivated to provide a safe space for children in its newly refurbished home near to Solihull and are seeking to recruit an excellent RM.

A progressive and growing children's care provider. This role will manage a 4 bedded home near Solihull, providing 52-week residential care for children.
Role
The Children's Home Manager will oversee the daily operations of the care home and hold registration with Ofsted. Ensuring a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for children. This role involves leading a team of care professionals, and collaborating with local authority providers to deliver personalised care plans that meet the individual needs of each child.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident registered manager to ‘own’ the direction of this home
