Location: Sheffield

Salary: £47,838 + Pension + Overtime + Benefits

Shift Pattern: Panama Shift, 42 hours a week, 6-6 Days & Nights

4 on 4 off days & nights

The Company

My Client is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers within its field of specialist metal alloys and associated products. The company is a well established producer to the global markets, having plants in the UK, Europe, Asia and Americas, with over 75 years experience within manufacturing. The UK site is looking once again to expand due to further investment, within this globally secure organisation.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day engineering and maintenance activities ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards, working on a number of mechanical areas within a heavy machinery environment.

Key Skills;

* A medium to heavy engineering background.

* A time served engineer with a mechanical engineering bias.

* Experience PPM Schedules.

On a day to day basis you will work on forge machinery, gas-fired furnaces, overhead cranes, bandsaws, heat treatment bays, precision machines, hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes and belts. When not reacting to breakdowns work on PPM across all the site.
