HR Business Partner - Personalbeschaffung (m/w/d)

In our team HR Services Spain, we provide HR services to our BASF group companies based in Spain. We are looking for a passionate and creative Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team and provide high-quality services to our Business Partners. In this role you will:

• Take ownership of our end-to-end recruitment process for both junior and management positions for the different BASF divisions based in Spain.
• Provide high quality and proactive sourcing as well as conduct telephone and personal interviews with our Hiring Managers and Business Leaders, acting as a Talent Advisor and incorporating diversity and BASF values in all stages of the recruitment process.
• Monitor and evaluate recruiting key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the effectiveness and quality of our recruitment processes.
• Represent BASF at recruiting events (career fairs, information sessions and networking events) and develop strategic partnerships with providers in line with our strategic targets.
• Collaborate with your international colleagues to exchange best practices in the EMEA region and identify potential talents.
• Collaborate in the design of creative Talent Attraction campaigns and develop Recruitment/ Marketing strategies by using the different channels available to promote vacancies and engage with candidates.
• Drive our employer brand ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment life cycle.

• You have completed your university studies in HR or a similar field
• Motivated and reliable, you have a strong interest in HR/recruitment and at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• You preferably have experience in full-cycle recruitment or head hunting
• Alongside a strong and proactive customer-oriented approach, you adapt easily to a fast-changing work environment and take personal initiatives
• You are well-organized and you have the ability to successfully multi-task and handle a large volume of different profiles, as well as keep an eye for details
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English. German is a plus
