Salary: Business Support Fixed Point 21 £24,909 gross per annum 
Hours: 37 per week / 52 weeks per year

The Role 

In this role you will be responsible for coordinating activities to support Apprenticeship Recruitment. You will interview and assess applicants, match applicants to vacancies, provide information on employer vacancies and apprentice applicants to support the Business Development Team in maximising the number of apprentice applicants who are successfully recruited. 

What are we looking for?  

We are looking for some with a good standard of education to Level 2 or equivalent in business related subject (including English and maths) and who ideally also has up to date knowledge of Apprenticeships. 

You should have experience of developing effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders including employers and experience of co-ordinating, managing and monitoring a complex workload. 

You will need to have excellent oral and written communication skills and a high degree of personal drive and motivation to be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
