VACANCY – CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR
Job type: - Permanent – full time
Salary:- £25/26k per annum dependent on experience
Location: - Office based – Blackburn
Axon Moore is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity in partnership with our Blackburn client to join a very well-established manufacturing organisation with a close knit, supportive and established team.
This role is best described as a technical administration position and as such an interest in facts and figures would make this role a lot more desirable for the perfect candidate.
A bit more about the role:-
This is a front lines sales function responding to enquiries via telephone and email. Production and administration of quotations, processing of orders, production of order confirmations, delivery notes and invoices.
As required, back up support for other sales office functions including placing of purchase orders, following up deliveries, booking in of goods upon arrival and allocation of received goods to back orders. The processing of credit notes. Updating of order data in accordance with revised delivery dates.
Maintaining a friendly and professional profile towards all customers, especially when under pressure, and maintaining a good telephone manner at all times.
Follow all pricing and processing procedures accurately with a specific understanding for the need for attention to detail.
If you have experience in Administration, Sales Administration or have worked in a technical role previously and are now looking for an office based role then this could be the role for you!
