Overview:

The Facilities Administrator will be based on a full-time basis from our MUFG Pension & Corporate Markets office at Central Square in Leeds.  The role is Monday to Friday, 37 ½ hours per week and will help the Facilities Manager to support up to 200 staff each day from a facilities management perspective.

You will support the site teams, working on day-to-day tasks, greeting visitors and clients, issuing passes and ensuring that all relevant procedures are maintained to enable an effective blended working environment across the different teams.

You will work alongside the Facilities Manager and our managed services suppliers to enable them to provide the required support our colleagues require.

What you need:

•    A willingness to learn and grow within the Facilities Management function

It would be nice to have:

•    Previous Facilities Management experience would be advantageous, including involvement with hard and soft service providers

Day to Day:

•    Issuing and maintaining records for all Leeds access control passes

•    Joint responsibility for the management of contractual/reactive maintenance and cleaning and the supervision of daytime cleaning staff

•    Checking meeting rooms daily to ensure all equipment is ready to use

•    Accompanying visitors onsite when necessary, including Engineer visits

•    Completing required H&S tasks to support the H&S Manager

•    Deputising for the Facilities Manager when required

•    Collecting parcels/packages that have been delivered

•    Ensuring stationary and printer stocks are monitored and reordered

•    Managing the stocks of tea, coffee and other staff welfare requirements 

•    Taking responsibility for meeting room bookings and occasional buffet requires

•    Dealing with other facilities and reception related tasks
