£30,000 - £46,525 per annum (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

The School and Role

This Secondary school based in West Derby, Liverpool is looking to appoint a dedicated and experienced Business Studies Teacher to teach KS3 - KS4 levels and work as part of a highly motivated team. This is a full-time role starting immediately and is ongoing until the end of the academic year with the potential to run into September.  The ideal candidate will need to develop and deliver engaging lessons with a comprehensive curriculum for business studies lessons. This is an average sized, Roman Catholic, Secondary School and Sixth Form.  It draws its pupils from a wide area, including some of considerable economic disadvantage, and are fully inclusive in their outlook.  They strive to develop the character of their pupils and so offer a wide range of enrichment opportunities, both inside and outside the classroom.  The school were marked as 'Good in all areas' following their latest Ofsted inspection in 2022 and has gained the Healthy Schools Award.

Requirements

The desired Teacher will have;

-          Hold QTS in the UK

-          Experience of working with KS3 and KS4 levels

-          Confidence in teaching the current curriculum

-          Have, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
