As the Commissioning Home Manager, you'll be tasked with:
Recruiting, hiring, and training a top-notch team of care staff, administrative personnel, and support staff.
Directing the commissioning of the new care home, ensuring all installations meet the highest standards.
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care home once opened.
Developing and maintaining effective policies and procedures for all aspects of care home operations.
