KAP Technical are working with a business who have been established 50 years. They have an in -house design team, engineering, manufacturing, and assembly facilities backed by over 55 years of experience, are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Administrator.
Job Role: Accounts Assistant
Job Type: Full Time/Perm
Salary: £26-30k
Hours: 08:30-16:30 Monday- Thursday and 08:30-16:00 Friday
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* • Process Manual Invoices & Credit notes
* • Monthly Credit note analysis
* • Process Monthly Commission invoices
* • Run Monthly Credit Card Statements from HSBC, send to associate.
* • Reconcile, analyse & produce Journal for Monthly Credit Card expenses.
* • Reconcile & File Personal Expenses & send to expenses to process
* • Calculate / prepare Monthly Overtime accrual
* • Update & Maintain authorisation matrix
* Analyse & update monthly Free of charge invoices and send adjustments to GL SS Team
* • Cost roll parts & Orders on SAP. Check margin for orders!
* • Process Stock adjustments on SAP & file back up.
* • Complete monthly reporting on Cycle counts.
* • Calculate and process monthly recharges
* • Release Orders

Minimum Education requirements
To be considered for this role a candidate must be able to satisfy the following requirements:
* • Minimum of 5 GCSEs A-C (Maths & English)
* • Part qualified accounting qualification or Finance related degree
