Responsibilities:

* Ensure compliance with ACoP L8, HSG274 part 2, BS 8580-1, and other relevant industry standards and guidance, maintaining the highest level of customer and business satisfaction.

* Champion Health & Safety regulations and practices both on-site and in service delivery.

* Utilize problem-solving skills to diagnose plumbing system faults and provide recommendations for maintenance and remedial work.

* Collaborate with the internal Quality Control/Assurance team to ensure regulatory standards are met through accurate documentation.

* Develop precise schematic diagrams of domestic water systems.

Candidate Requirements:

* Possession of a full UK Driving License.

* GCSE or equivalent qualifications.

* Preferred qualifications in Water Regs by City and Guilds, City and Guilds in Plumbing, and Risk Assessment for Legionella Control in Water Systems (WH004).
