Junior Field Service Engineer

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Junior Field Service Engineer who is looking to continue developing their career within a fantastic, ‘family feel’ company.

What Will The Role Involve?

This role will be working, Monday – Friday, across the UK installing, servicing, fault finding and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment. The role will be contracted to 40 hours per week but the working week may vary depending on workload so will require a degree of flexibility. The role will involve lots of on-site training paired with college courses giving fantastic development in the field service engineering career path.

What Do I Need To Be Considered?

Over 2 years’ experience in Service Engineering / Maintenance Engineering or Installation Engineering would be desirable; however candidates with less time served would not be discounted.
Experience working with material handling systems and automation would be highly beneficial.
A full driving licence (ideally clean) is required.
Any engineering qualifications will be very beneficial to your application.
A positive attitude and flexibility with working hours.
Ability to stay away from home weekly if required.
A passion for engineering and a keen interest in pursuing a career.
Reliability and punctuality are vital to being successful in this role.
The successful candidate must live very locally to Stourbridge due to working in a pair whilst training.
