Clinic Manager - (CQC Registered)
Birmingham
£50-55,000 plus Bonuses
Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Clinic Manager to help set up and become the CQC Registered manager for their surgical division based at their flagship site in Birmingham.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing company and play a key role in the expansion of the surgical services in Birmingham.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and manage a team of highly skilled surgeons specialising in cosmetic procedures
Oversee and support ancillary staff, ensuring smooth clinic operations
Become the Registered CQC Manager to implement and maintain compliance with all policies and procedures
Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives
Take a hands-on approach, getting involved in clinic operations as needed to ensure exceptional patient experiences
Manage 5 state-of-the-art operating theatres.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a surgical management role, preferably in cosmetic surgery
Proven track record in surgical sales and business development
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Commitment to providing outstanding patient care and customer service
Driven, energetic, and proactive approach to achieving goals
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive basic salary up to £55,000 per annum
Attractive performance-related bonus scheme (OTE £65,000 - £70,000)
