Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Orthodontist to join our team on a full-time basis. As an Orthodontist at The Smile Shoppe Orthodontics, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and utilize state-of-the-art technology to create customized treatment plans.  In addition to working primarily in the Athens and Logan office, you would have significant support from the Dublin office.
 
Responsibilities:
·         Conduct comprehensive orthodontic evaluations and assessments for patients.
·         Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals.
·         Perform orthodontic procedures such as braces, clear aligners, and other orthodontic appliances.
·         Monitor patient progress throughout the treatment process and make necessary adjustments to achieve optimal results.
·         Educate patients and their families on proper oral hygiene practices and maintenance of orthodontic appliances.
·         Collaborate with other dental professionals within the practice to ensure coordinated care and excellent patient outcomes.

Requirements
·         DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
·         Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program.
·         Board certification or eligibility for board certification in orthodontics.
·         Active state dental license in Ohio.
·         Strong clinical skills and expertise in orthodontic procedures.
·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
