Location: Bristol
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To carry out planned and reactive maintenance to all building plant, equipment and systems to meet and exceed expectations, and agreed service level agreements.
2. Completing building services tasks, including knowledge and user management of the following; BMS monitoring/management, emergency lighting repairs, fire alarm systems, pumps, FCUs (service and repairs), AHUs, and all other HVAC plant.
3. Water Treatment – to have knowledge and understanding of ACOP L8 and carry out water treatment tasks.
4. Ensure all reactive repairs are undertaken safely and within appropriate time scales
5. Raising any hazards that arise on site from reporting to rectification.
6. Working with site wide plant and equipment and maintaining our positive relationship with the Landlord team.
7. Working as part of a site-based team.
8. Support with investigation and rectification of any technical faults
9. Liaise, and support in the supervision of our sub-contractors
10. To understand the critical nature of this site and be confident in dealing with urgent tasks in a demanding environment.
11. PPM on various sites in the Southwest, along with remedials, quoted works and small projects works.
To be considered for this role, the following requirements are necessary:
12. Electrical qualifications and basic understanding of mechanical plant and overall building services
13. L8 Awareness
14. A helpful and professional approach with direct contact with the client on a weekly basis.
15. Experience within the FM Sector
16. IPAF & PASMA trained (Preferred).
17. Emergency Lighting inspection, qualified.
18. To be part of a 1 in 8 call out rota.
19. Testing and inspection qualified, (preferred)
Salary- 40k
Holiday- 25 days plus Birthday day off.
Working Hours; 8-5pm, with 1 hour lunch
