Designer

Our client, a small and energetic art and design company are looking to expand their research and design team assisting with a wide and varied spectrum of projects on a daily basis. The successful applicant will need to be self-motivated, highly organised, proactive, creative and resolutive. Ideally someone with an interior design, graphic design or photography background who knows their way around a mac and who wishes to put their skills to work and get involved with this fast-paced creative company.
Experience in the following is essential:

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including retouching and an understanding of digital images, resolution and the print process.
Graphic Design skills, and ability to produce design ideas and illustrations to brief.
Highly organised and thorough with good library and resource management.
Independent initiative in researching a variety of subjects.
Ability to work to tight deadlines and time frames.
Ability to work across multiple projects effectively.
Highly organised and effective in the workplace.
Previous experience working in a creative roleThe role includes:

Development of ideas and creating visual mood boards and brochures.
Design of graphic art, wallpapers, wall murals etc.
Picture research, photographic and graphic.
Scanning, printing and reproduction.
