Provide support to teachers and students in Key Stage 2, assisting with the planning, preparation, and delivery of engaging and differentiated lessons.
Work with small groups or individual students to provide targeted intervention and support, ensuring all students have the opportunity to achieve their full potential.
Foster positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers, promoting a culture of respect, inclusion, and collaboration within the school community.
Contribute to the creation of a stimulating and supportive learning environment, supporting the social, emotional, and academic development of all students.
Assist with the assessment and tracking of student progress, providing feedback to teachers and contributing to the ongoing evaluation and improvement of teaching and learning practices.Requirements:
Relevant experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role within a primary school setting, preferably in Key Stage 2.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents/carers.
A positive and proactive approach to supporting teaching and learning, with a genuine passion for education and child development.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to create a positive and enriching learning environment for all students.
Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent would be advantageous.Benefits:
