Lead across a variety of projects across healthcare & education contracts covering sites across the Midlands.
Manage projects from £50k - £2m
Manage projects covering a diverse range of areas including Refurb, HVAC, lighting, building fabric, M&E to name a few.
Manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously. About you

Technically qualified in an Engineering or Construction discipline
Experience of managing PFI projects
Commercially astute with experience of managing projects up to £2m
Excellent H&S and compliance knowledge
Understanding of RIBA stages and CDMregs
Outstanding stakeholder management skills both internally and externally
Excellent levels of customer service and a proactive approach to managing issue This role is based in Nottingham covering sites across the Midlands
