Customer Service Representative

Just Recruitment is delighted to support a growing organisation based on the outskirts of Ipswich - actively seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team.

Duties include:

Dealing with incoming calls
Making outbound calls to customers
Managing company inbox
Processing Orders
Running reports using Excel
Updating spreadsheets
Dealing with inquiries and any issues which may arise
Providing product knowledge
Up-selling products
Updating internal CRM system
Supporting the sales executives
Preparing and send sales quotations to customers when required

Key skills:

Confident telephone manner
Great verbal and written communication skills
Good attention to detail
Sales and customer service experience
Confident user of Word, Excel and Outlook
