FIND is working with a leading Education Trust to recruit an experienced HR Professional to cover a number of trust schools. This is a great opportunity to support School Leadership Teams with all aspects of the HR Function.
Reporting into a Regional HR Manager, key duties for this role include-
provide HR service support to cluster schools in the region.
policy development and delivery.
employee relations oversight in given schools.
oversight of performance management, absence and disciplinary processes in each school.
training and development.
recruitment and on-boarding.
oversight of all pre-employment checks.
contribute to employee engagement programmes.
provide accurate record keeping. The ideal candidate for this role-
has worked in an HR role in an education setting (desirable).
is CIPD qualified or working towards- or has extensive relevant experience.
possesses ER case management experience.
is an effective communicator.
has worked extensively with HRIS.
holds a strong understanding of UK HR Law.
