Customer Service Advisor
Location: Crewe
Duration: Temporary-Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9AM-5PM
Salary: £25,000
Key Duties:
Acting as the first point of contact for customer queries, over the phone and via email
Responding to and providing feedback to customers regarding issues raised
Investigate and resolve any complaints
Record, update and maintain data on the system
Supporting colleagues within the Customer services and Operations departments
Attend and contribute to team meetings
Helping out in the warehouse when needed
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
A background in Customer service is preferred
Microsoft office skills
