Are you an experienced SENCO looking for a new challenge? We are currently supporting a short term interim provision seeking an inspirational Interim Assistant Headteacher (SENCO/DSL) to cover maternity leave for a 1-year fixed term contract. As the lead person for SEN and Safeguarding, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality academic and pastoral support to our students.

- Equipped to support the Senior Leadership team in guiding, motivating, and empowering staff to deliver top-notch education for all students.
- Proficient in actively advocating for the educational goals and values of the College, with the drive, passion, and organizational abilities to drive progress.
- Skilled in leading initiatives related to SEND, outreach efforts, reintegration, and transitions.
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to showcase resilience, energy, and dedication in managing the diverse demands of the role.
