1 to 3 PQE Private Client Solicitor

Our client is looking for an ambitious and professional candidate with excellent academics to join our Private Client team central London due to expansion.
Ideally you will be 2 to 3 Our Private Client team is expanding and our growth in Central London has been significant. The candidate should be a 2-3 PQE self-starter, highly motivated and demonstrate experience of a wide range of private client work, with a keen desire to develop their knowledge and practice. We would also expect them to develop and maintain excellent relationships with both clients and with other professionals across the firm.
You will have the opportunity to handle varied and high quality work to include: advising on and drafting wills; estate and inheritance tax planning advice; advising clients with an international footprint and willingness to do more international work; the administration of estates and the creation, administration and taxation of trusts; cross-border advice; inheritance tax, capital gains tax and income tax advice in relation to trusts and estates; advising on mental capacity issues and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
