Trainee Recruitment Consultant

CPR Recruitment are looking for a resourcer/ trainee to join the fast paced and expanding Central Reading office, we are looking for a hardworking individual interested in sales and earning a high salary and commission based on the work you are prepared to put in! This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with and learn the ropes from our most experienced consultants.
Working within the construction sector you'll get to learn all about the market and be filling jobs and working with clients to build long standing relationships that will stay with you as you progress to consultant and beyond.

What will the day to day role look like?
* Working in our Reading office - Hours 8:00 to 5:30(4pm Finish on Fridays)
* Site visits and client days with experienced consultants
* Managing compliance
* Posting adverts
* Filling jobs
* Resourcing new candidates by networking and other methods
