National Business Development Manager- Smart Workforce Solutions

Permanent- Hybrid- UK- Wide

£60,000 P/A base plus Benefits Package including car allowance- (£3,600 P/A)

Are you an energetic, and success-driven professional looking to elevate your career? We have a great opportunity for a National Business Development Manager to join our thriving recruitment agency- Smart Workforce Solutions- part of the Smart Solutions Group.

Reporting to our Sales Director, the National Business Development Manager will be at the forefront of our Onsite growth strategy, focusing on new business development within the industrial market across the UK. Your primary responsibility will be to create and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, driving our expansion and success.

This role will involve frequent travel across the UK

Key Duties of the National Business Development Manager

* Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our onsite client base.

* Act as the driving force behind our Onsite growth strategy.

* Create & Implement sales campaigns and marketing strategies in collaboration with our Marketing team.

* Achieving targets for revenue, profitability, and sales growth- managing overall sales pipeline

* Collaborate closely with the Sales Director and receive full support and resources to ensure your success.

* Play a pivotal role in shaping the next phase of our business growth and supporting the strategic direction of the company.

* Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets

* Acting as an ambassador for the business

* Working to increase market share in existing markets.

* Developing and/or maintaining business relationships with all customers & gathering and maintaining information on competitors, whilst having a complete understanding of their clients.

* Gathering and analysis of sales statistics to determine business growth potential

Experience and Skills Required

* 3 years professional experience in sales or operations within the Recruitment industry.

* Onsite recruitment knowledge and experience is essential.

* UK driving licence and own vehicle
