Key Responsibilities:
- Directly support the CEO, acting as the bridge between the executive and other stakeholders.
- Oversee office finances, policy creation, and service quality.
- Participate in global wellbeing programs (congratulations, gifts, ideas to improve the life of the company’s specialists)
- Analyze workplace trends and needs.
- Ensure the office runs seamlessly, coordinating with multiple departments.
- Negotiate contracts, plan corporate events, and manage assets.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes as requested by the HR team.
