Customer Service Advisor

Avenue are currently seeking permanent Customer Service Advisors for our well established client. Hours of work are 40 per week between the hours of 08:00-17:00 (Monday-Friday)

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a professional Contact Centre for highly motivated, sales and service focused individuals. You will report to the Customer Service Manager to provide an outstanding, reliable and continually improving service that exceeds customer expectations.

The Role

Interacting with customers via telephone, email and live chat with emphasis on first time resolution.
Processing customer queries, in a timely manner with a high level of accuracy.
Understanding and communicating Company Terms and Conditions with customers.
Navigating systems and information tools to provide relevant and accurate information.
The Candidate

Effective listening skills and developed questioning techniques used to educate customers to make informed product choices.
IT proficient with excellent literacy, numeracy and accurate processing skills.
Ability to recognise commercial opportunities to facilitate business growth.
Confident when making decisions and adapt easily to new initiatives in a fast paced environment.
