Contracts Supervisor - Harverfordwest

Our client, a busy maintenance contractor is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee repairs and maintenance projects on social housing in the Harverfordwest area.

Day to day:

Visiting sites
Client liaison
Speaking with Site Supervisors
Meeting with senior management

Requirements:

Good maintenance management experience
Experience managing all trades.
Social housing experience would be beneficial.
Refurbishment project experience (ideally residential)

This is really exciting permanent role for someone to grow their career as a Contracts Supervisor with a busy and reputable company, salary £45,000 + van & 25 days plus bank holidays.
