Warehouse Operative

We are looking for warehouse operatives to join a facility in Coventry, CV2. This role is starting ASAP and this is long term work with a view to get a permanent contract.
Full Training Provided - No experience necessary - Starts ASAP
Shift and Pay Information for Warehouse Operative:
* 12 weeks rotation
* Every 2nd weekend rotation
* 2 weeks early, 2 weeks late
* 3 weekends out of 6 person will finish at 3pm on Fridays and will not start till 3pm on Mondays which gives that additional time off
* Overtime available
* Only 2 times will work a continuous 5 days in a row within 12 weeks rotation
* £11.92 per hour
* £15.50 per hour for Night Shift
Must be able to work full time, long term, unable to accept any workers for this role that are limited to 20hrs a week!
What you'll be doing as a Warehouse Operative in Coventry, CV2.
* Order picking small products using pick sheets
* Checking the customer orders match the items picked
* Ensuring accuracy
* Quality check
* Label and pack the product to be sent to the customer
* Work as part of a team as well as lone working
* The role can be fast paced, but not physically challenging
* Colleagues must be able to read / understand English due to the picking orders from paper sheets.
* You will be provided a 12 week rota in advance so you are full aware of your weekend shifts and rest days.
* Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to all rules and regulation
* Responsible for the completion of warehouse tasks as directed
* Carry out manual handling activities, operate manual handling equipment, ensure compliance to Health and Safety procedures and processes
* Ensure 100% accuracy
About you:
Successful candidates will have a strong work ethic as a warehouse worker, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a warehouse environment would be beneficial but not essential as FULL training is provided.
