We are currently seeking a Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the preventive maintenance and repairs of rooms and facilities for our guest. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and completing repairs in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections of rooms and facilities to identify maintenance needs
Perform repairs and preventative maintenance daily
Troubleshoot malfunctions and breakdowns, and recommend appropriate corrective actions
Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures
Requirements
Proven experience as a Hotel Maintenance Technician or similar role
Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
