- Ensure future global regulatory security requirements are identified and acted upon from a compliance perspective
- Engage as the subject matter expert on security compliance project related to NIS2
- Understand the link between security legislation, compliance and risk management
- Effectively and independently manages complex tasks and projects.
- Actively engage with stakeholders, seeking input and feedback, and communicating in a clear and effective manner.
- Maintain an extensive network to ensure that the client is optimally placed in its understanding of regulatory and compliance environments.
- Knowledge and experience of NIS2 is required.
- At least 5 years hands-on experience from an authority or compliance position.
- Experience with Security legislation
- Experience with defining and realising goals while working together with different internal and external parties
- Fluent in English, both written and verbally
- Academic working and thinking level; ideally, candidate will have a Master's degree in law, social science, business or similar
- Demonstrate flexibility
- Take responsibility and ownership, lead without mandate
- Strong stakeholder focus, build solid relationships of trust at different levels, both internally and externally
- Real team player with strong collaboration and coaching skills
- Excellent communication skills and influencing skills to advise top-level management
