Sales Executive
Location: Stroud, Gloucestershire
Hours: Fulltime, Permanent
Salary: £30,000 + uncapped commission
Job Description
Our client is looking for an energetic and self-driven Sales Executive to join their team. As a Sales Executive, your responsibilities will be to close sales via phone calls. The ideal candidate should have outstanding communication skills, a positive outlook, and a history of achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities of a Sales Executive
* Reach out to potential customers via phone to promote and sell products/services.
* Follow up with customers who have shown interest in offerings.
* Consistently meet and surpass sales targets.
* Deliver outstanding customer service to all clients.
* Maintain and update customer information in the company's database.
* Work closely with key stakeholders within the business.
* Take responsibility and accountability for your sales performance.
* Positively contribute to the team to foster a fun and engaging work environment.
Key Skills of a Sales Executive
* Proven experience in closing sales over the phone.
* Confident and self-assured communicator.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Resilient and able to excel in a target-driven environment.
* Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Knowledgeable in sales techniques and principles.
* Experience in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
