Technical Group Leader - 39607 - £31.26/hr umbrella rate
Do you have Technical Group Leader experience, and are you seeking a new contract in Gaydon? Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a Technical Group Leader, and the role comes with a umbrella contract rate of £31.26 per hour (Inside IR35).
The role involves hybrid working 3 days onsite, 2 WFH on average, working 40 hours per week.
In your first few weeks in this Technical Group Leader role, you can expect to:
Deliver vehicle-level end-to-end technical delivery plans for key systems, identifying inter-dependencies and maturation versus customer requirements, throughout virtual and physical test phases
Lead the Technical Problem Resolution Cross Squad cross zone, including arbitration and escalation as required
Collaborate with Technical Group Leads and Engineers, to ensure that robust technical delivery is enabled throughout the programme
Coordinate Technical Integration and DV activities within your group or across all groups
Act as a key interface with our Test & Development teams to ensure seamless creation and management of prototype plans

Project Management experience in a technical area
Engineering delivery background with experience making data-driven decisions
Jira experience desirable, Agile experience / training
