Architect Job based in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire

Architect job in Cambridge joining an award-winning practice who due to recent success have taken on new education, mixed-use, and residential projects. Offering a salary of up to £38,000 - £43,000 plus benefits.

The practice is an employee-owned trust, operating across two offices and established over five decades ago. The Cambridge office is made up of 40 staff that work across a broad range of sectors and stages the team prides itself on its client-focused approach.

Role & Responsibilities

Managing projects and the project resources
Production of design and technical drawings packages
Using Revit daily
Working with the team in a collaborative manner
Reporting to senior/associate members of staff
Meeting with clients/stakeholders/contractors when needed
Attending site visits when required.Required Skills & Experience

3 to 5 years post part III UK experience
Demonstrable experience working across all RIBA stages
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential to this role
Previous experience working on education, residential, and Mixed-use projects
Experience working collaboratively with a team to achieve deadlines
Good understanding of the UK building regulations
Experience communicating with stakeholders, clients, and contractors.What you get back
