Due to continued expansion across the business, our client, a market leading business is seeking to enhance its team with a brand new department.

Role Description

Taking calls and emails from customers raising issues to engineers or external support where needed
Investigating issues remotely using online software
Brand new part of the business, working with senior management to set up processes and systems
Working with other departments to escalate and resolve issues
Providing a high standard of customer service to all customers and clients
Communicating next steps and advice to customers

Skills and Qualifications

An understanding of BMS Systems, software and terminology
High level of customer service
Team work and strong communication skills
Ability to work independentlyCompany Information
