Description
Develop and maintain business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems and methods.
Interpret data, analyse results and provide ongoing reports.
Work directly with management to identify performance indicators for essential department functions.
Perform and document data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design.
Support the analytics team with project management and coordination tasks.
Collaborate with teams to integrate systems.
Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organisation.
Ensure data accuracy and consistent reporting by designing and creating optimal processes and procedures.Profile
A successful Business Intelligence Analyst should have:
Strong knowledge of database design, data modelling and BI tools.
Very strong SQL skills - able to write complex scripts, understand SSIS packages and problems that may arise - Able to log those requests and break-fix.
Experience with data visualisation tools and techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.Job Offer
A competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £42,500 per annum Dependent On Experience
