Vivid are currently working with a Local Authority in the Southeast who are looking for an Interim Property Management Team Leader.
The key aspects of the role are:
Property Management of commercial and residential properties
RICS qualified to mentor the assistant and graduate surveyors
Commercial estates experience relating to mixed use and an industrial development
Personnel team managementThe Council offer hybrid working arrangements, so you will be expected in the office 3 days per week and able to work remotely for the remaining 2 days.
