Previous recruiting experience within Engineering, Construction or Industrial is desirable, but not essential!
If you are an experienced Consultant, you will know that your day-to-day duties will include:
Sourcing suitable candidates
Interviewing candidates
Building relationships with new and current clients
Client visitsYou will get in exchange:
Annual salary of £25-£35,000 dependent on experience
Realistic OTE of £55-£65,000
Monthly, uncapped commission
