As Italian speaking Support Engineer you will work remotely to provide technical support and service requests for customers across Europe
Tasks & Responsibilities
Support various customer environments for customers across Europe
Independently troubleshoot issues and perform service requests, including first and second line requests
Escalate complex issues to specialist support teams as required
Identify areas of improvement for the customer, the team and the organization
Record activities as an assurance of quality
Your profile
MBO+/HBO- working and thinking level
Ability to work independently
Not afraid to ask for help
Certifications MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, AZ-900: Azure Fundamentals and ITIL Foundations (or the ability to obtain these with support)
2 years Experience with ICT infrastructure (preferably in a similar role)
Fluent in Italian & Dutch
