- Customer contact via phone, email, or the ticket system
- Ticket system management: including assigning tickets to other departments
- Outbound contact: following up on quotes, informing existing customers about new productions
- Has an excellent level of English, Dutch & German
- Has had experience in a similar role
- Has received at least an intermediate vocational education (MBO) and can work and think at that level
- Has experience with customer support: both in a commercial and service-oriented capacity
- Is available for 32-40 hours per week
- Is eventually available in the weekends for 4 to 6 hours, working from home (at extra pay)
