Some of the main duties will include:-
* Sourcing and interviewing suitable candidates
* Working towards business development with both existing and new clients, over the telephone and face-to-face
* Continually working on candidate availability to ensure the clients can be serviced at short notice with quality labour options.
* Contacting existing client contacts with relevant candidates.
The ideal candidate for this role must be able to demonstrate:-
* A willingness to be on the phone regularly, having detailed discussions with candidates.
* Professionalism at all times.
* Drive and self-belief to succeed.
* A willingness to learn and be a team player.
* An ability to self-motivate to help us continue to build a successful business.
You will be offered a salary in relation to your level of work experience and the benefits package and commission structure is industry leading and can be discussed in more detail at interview stage.
